Hard Landscaping Construction (non-domestic)
A scheme which is overwhelmingly hard landscape construction (there may be some soft elements).
Examples could include large hard-paved terraces or public realm interspersed with tree or shrub planting, hard sports grounds (e.g. tennis courts), etc.
The total construction cost including materials must fit within the bands. Bandings are excluding VAT.
Entry fees and deadlines:
Early Bird Discount Deadline*: 4 May 2026 – £245 per entry (Additional entries: £220 per entry)
Final Deadline: 8 June 2026 - £290 (Additional entries: £255.00 per entry)
First time entrants: £175.00 per entry
