Grounds Maintenance
A scheme that demonstrates skilled stewardship from the contractor, as well as horticultural excellence, a proactive approach to development and establishment, and demonstrates actions taken to lower carbon emissions (e.g. electrical equipment, rainwater harvesting, etc.).
The contract must be held for a minimum of two years from the date of submission. This category is judged on maintenance, not on contract value.
