Grounds Maintenance

A scheme that demonstrates skilled stewardship from the contractor, as well as horticultural excellence, a proactive approach to development and establishment and demonstrates examples taken to lower carbon emissions (e.g. electric equipment, rainwater harvesting etc.).

The contract must be held for a minimum of two years from the date of submission and are judged on maintenance, not on contract value.
