BALI National Landscape Awards 2012

Headline sponsor:

The BALI National Landscape Awards in association with Horticulture Week are the premier landscaping awards.

To receive a BALI National Landscape Award is one of the landscape industries' highest accolades. Recognition of a high level of achievement, from within the industry, has a positive motivational effect on staff. Winning one of these awards offers a company great marketing opportunities, with the benefits lasting long beyond the ceremony and the Awards' association with Horticulture Week will enhance a winner's profile even further.

Greenfingers Prize Draw Sponsored by Van den Berk raised nearly £5000

It’s hard to imagine a charity more aligned to this great industry of ours, or one more deserving of our support, than Greenfingers. Started in 1999 by garden writer and broadcaster Richard Jackson, Greenfingers quite simply builds magical gardens for children’s hospices and to date has done so on no fewer than 33 occasions throughout the UK, giving children with life limiting illnesses, and their friends and families, a place to enjoy those final precious days together. The charity moves from strength to strength and next year is also benefitting from the launch of Garden Re-Leaf Day on Tuesday 13th March 2012. There are 3 key objectives for Garden Re-Leaf day: First - To welcome the start of the gardening year; Secondly - To engage with gardeners young and old, beginners or old hands;  And thirdly - To raise money for Greenfingers to enable them to create still more magical gardens for children's hospices.

I urge you to visit gardenreleaf.co.uk to discover how you and your organisations can get involved on March 13th to support Greenfingers.

Many Thanks to sponsors Van Den Berk who gave away an inclusive trip for one lucky person to visit Floriade 2012.
