Judges’ comments Quadron has successfully built on work it has previously done within all the criteria areas of this prestigious award and is supported by a comprehensive range of company policies and procedures. The company has continued to extend the work with the Blue Sky initiative. Internal and external training programmes feature strongly within the company, with the development of bespoke e-learning packages to support trainees. The evidence provided, across all levels of the operation, relating to induction, training and development, continuing professional development and career progression, reflect best of business practice. Quadron also makes good use of modern communication channels such as Facebook and intranet. Staff retention is enhanced with access to benefits packages and long-service awards. Volunteering activity by Quadron staff is of particular highlight and is encouraged and recorded by the company.
