Overview The landscape works took place on the Jurassic Coast cliffs of this world heritage site, where coastal erosion has formed unique habitats for flora and fauna. It was a huge balancing act between the protection of property and nature conservation. The project included reinstating 14 gardens demolished by erosion and the re-establishment of 17 allotments. One grateful resident hung up a large “thank you” banner on completion of the works.
