The Awards presentation
This year the principal winners will be announced during a prestigious Awards presentation that will take place over lunch on Friday 3 December at the Great Room, Grosvenor House, Park Lane. The ticket prices quoted below include a drinks reception, a three-course lunch, the Awards presentation and the opportunity of an afternoon of networking.
Early-bird rate is available until Friday 15 October 2010
Table rate: £100.00 + vat per person (£1,000 + vat for a table of 10 people)
Single rate: £125.00 + vat per person
Standard rate will be applicable from Saturday 16 October 2010
Table rate: £125.00 + vat per person (£1,250 + vat for a table of 10 people)
Single rate: £150.00 + vat per person
Guests also have the opportunity to upgrade their lunch bookings with the following options:
A meeting point in reception for you and your guests.
This would be a dedicated meeting point, that will be placed in a separate area of the reception so that clients can have a clear branding point to direct their guests to when sending out their tickets. The meeting point will be placed with a high cocktail table, so that guests will also have a point to rest their drinks through reception.
Cost per meeting point table £550.00 + vat.
A confirmed premium location on the floor of the Great Room, Grosvenor House for your table. Limited to only 10 tables.
Tables at the Awards lunch are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Therefore if you book early, your table will be closer to the stage. But if you want to ensure a good position in the room, regardless of when you book, we have a maximum of 10 tables that we have reserved as premium tables in the room. These tables can be reserved for an extra cost. Unfortunately only companies booking a full table of 10 or 12 people can book a premium table.
To reserve a premium table please add an extra £600.00 + vat to your table booking per table booked.
Personalised branding for your table.
To ensure that your table stands out at the BALI National Landscape Awards you have the opportunity to purchase a branded table number stand. This branding would incorporate your company logo and your table number for the event. Each table stand would be 22” high by 4” across allowing for a company logo and your table number.
Cost of each branded table number: £200.00 + vat.
If a client confirms all three upgrade options at the time of booking their table, then the price would be reduced from £1,350 + vat per table to £1,050 + vat per table
